Wherever testers took the ARW—from the steeps to the trees to the park—its dependability and versatility gave them confidence to push it. “Fantastic in moguls, trees and chopped up snow and good edge control on hardpack,” said Karen Sparrock. A nearly symmetrical sidecut, progressive flex, and generous twintips make this a great park ski. These touches also make it especially easy to pivot in tight terrain. Surprisingly, especially with no metal in the construction and considering its width, it still holds an edge well on firm snow. Not the liveliest ski, but a solid platform to improve on for anyone who wants to ski the entire mountain.
