Salomon’s QST platform no longer divides testers. These were universally liked. Salomon updated the QST line with new shapes (nearly twintip, lots of rocker and decent camber) and a unisex build. To accommodate everyone, the ski comes in an extensive size range and two graphic options per length. Salomon retained the poplar core and added basalt and fibreglass and a new shape of cork inlays around the tip for vibration absorption. The result is a playful, easy and confidence-inspiring ski. “Chop, groomer, bumps: very trustworthy,” wrote July Collins after trying the 94. While Scott MacGregor found the 100 “carvy, shifty, snappy. Could be a Revy daily driver.”
