RYAN REPORT – Dress like an Olympian

Reading Time: < 1 minutes

If you’ve watched any Olympic skiing or snowboarding you’ve seen Oakley’s limited edition goggles. They just about fly off the snow and right out of the screen. Every Oakley athlete at the games is wearing the distinctive bright orange and yellow frames. The colour scheme carries over to shades and glasses on the speed skating oval, too.

Known as the Harmony Fade, the Oakley collection is meant to draw attention to the years of sacrifice each athlete invested to get to the games.

“Harmony Fade honours the path of greatness, while inspiring athletes of all levels to chase the journey of possibility,” said an Oakley press release. “The collection features orange to represent the fire that burns inside each and every competitor, and yellow for the sun that lights the path of athletes brave enough to pursue their dreams.”

You don’t have to be an Olympian to wear the collection. All styles are available in select stores and at oakley.com now.
